Technomic, an independent research firm in the foodservice industry, surveyed convenience store guests in their latest Consumer Brand Metrics survey to rank brands on flavor, taste, craveability, and quality. Rutter’s finished top on the list of 27 chains conquering foodservice, and well above the quick-service restaurant average!
We were recognized for our extensive menu, which offers items like BBQ short ribs, nachos, and wok bowls. We also prides ourselves on providing local favorites! For example, fried sweet bologna bites from Lebanon, PA and chicken pot pie from Lancaster, PA. The most craveable menu items, according to our customers, were sandwiches, burgers, and chicken. According to an article on by Convenience Store Products, “Rutter’s signature line of ultimate chicken sandwiches reflects the chain’s willingness to have fun and build buzz.”
