Rutter’s Director of Food Service Receives National Award
Convenience Store News, the number one magazine publication in the industry, just announced their winner for 2017’s Foodservice Leader of the Year: Ryan Krebs, Director of Food Service at Rutter’s!
Ryan Krebs was selected as the 2017 Foodservice Leader of the Year for his efforts to help transform the foodservice operation at Rutter’s. Krebs will be awarded at the 2017 CSNews Convenience Foodservice & Beverage Exchange in Chicago next month.
He has experience as an executive and corporate chef. Starting out at the store level, he has been with us for four years! Ryan started out as a Roving Restaurant Manager, where he would go from store-to-store assisting the team as needed. He quickly became the restaurant manager of a brand-new Rutter’s in just one short year! When it came time to find a qualified person to fill the shoes of Jerry Weiner, retired Vice President of Food Service, Ryan was the best candidate. Ryan brought customer favorites to our menu like basket meals, bacon-wrapped cheddar hotdogs, funnel cake fries, and an extensive seafood line.
