Rutter’s fundraising coupon books are an easy, effective and fast way to earn money for your community organization, youth group, booster club, or sports team.

Each book will contain 8 coupons with a variety of offers. (Do not sell individual coupons.)
You’ll pay $5 per book, sell each book for $10 and earn $5 for your organization! That’s a 100% profit!
Q: What coupons are in the books?
Free regular side, Free any size handcrafted beverage, Free any size fountain or frozen beverage, Free regular hot dog, Free fresh baked cookies, $1 off any sandwich or sub, Buy One Get One ultimate burger or chicken sandwich, and $1 off any basket meal.
Q: Do I need a Rutter’s Rewards card to redeem coupons?
A: No. However all coupons must be used in conjunction with the barcode in the front of the coupon book or a Rutter’s Rewards card / VIP information.
Q: Do I need to place a deposit?
A: A deposit is required for orders over 200 books.
Q: My organization does not have a tax ID number are we still able to order Rutter’s Fundraising Coupon Books?
A: You must agree to use them only for fundraising for your non-profit organization. It is not required that the organization be a 501(c)(3) organization.
Q: Are the Fundraiser coupons accepted at every Rutter’s location?
A: Yes, however some coupon offerings are only available at select locations.
Q: Is there a minimum number of books that must be ordered?
Q: When do the coupons expire?
A: Minimum of one year after purchase order. For example: If coupon books are ordered on 10/1/2015 the expiration date would be 12/31/2016.

Q: Will I be charged a shipping fee or tax for my coupon book order?
Yes, there is a $10 shipping and handling fee or you may pick up your order at our corporate office located at: 2295 Susquehanna Trail Suite C York, PA 17404
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Typically, it takes 2-3 business days to process your order. Confirmation of your order happens immediately.
Q: What if we don’t sell all the books we ordered?
A: You’ll only pay for the coupon books that are sold, and any unsold coupon books can be returned to our corporate office. Returned books must contain all coupons.
Q: Where should I mail my payment to when the fundraiser is complete?
