Rutter’s Donates to 2 Local Food Organizations to Feed Over 150 Families at Christmas
On December 14th, we hosted the Grand Opening of our newest store in Strasburg, PA! During the ribbon cutting ceremony, we donated $4,000 to local charities. Each organization received $1,000. Recipients were the Food Pantry in the First Presbyterian Church of Strasburg, which will use the contribution to provide 80 families food for Christmas, the Solanco Food Bank, which will use the donation for 75 Christmas meal boxes, Strasburg Borough Police Department, and the Strasburg Fire Company #1.
This is our fourth location in Lancaster County and our 66th store. State Representative Keith Greiner, Strasburg Borough Mayor Henry Miller, and many Strasburg Borough Council Officials attended this Grand Opening. The Strasburg location is currently in the process to feature one of our Beer Caves. The 29 degree Beer Cave will be stocked with a variety of craft, import, and domestic beers and ciders available in singles, 6 and 12 packs inside.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported our Grand Opening of our 66th store! We can’t wait to see what 2017 has to offer!
