The Rutter’s 2026 Indianapolis 500 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by CHR Corp. d/b/a Rutter’s (“Rutter’s” or “Sweepstakes Sponsor”).

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

You are NOT required to make any purchase, including alcoholic beverages, in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Access to the QR code required for opt-in will be made available at the following participating Rutter’s locations: #99 located at 1609 Scalp Avenue, Johnstown, PA 15904; #106 located at 921 Industrial Park Road, Milton PA 17847; #111 located at 641 Waltz Mill Road, Ruffs Dale, PA 15679; #115 located at 30 Cavendish Drive, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411; and #116 located at 1510 Coverstone Drive, Winchester VA 22602 (each a “Participating Location” and, collectively, the “Participating Locations”).

You must be a registered Rutter’s Rewards® member in order to participate and win prizes in the Sweepstakes.

1)  SWEEPSTAKES DATES:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM, Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 23, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Start Date”). The Sweepstakes is scheduled to end at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 24, 2026 (the “Scheduled Sweepstakes End Date”). The period between the Sweepstakes Start Date and the Scheduled Sweepstakes End Date is known as the “Sweepstakes Period”.

2)  WHO CAN ENTER:

To be eligible to participate and win prizes in the Sweepstakes, you must be:

• A legal resident of the United States of America;
• Twenty-one (21) years of age or older; and
• A registered Rutter’s Rewards® member (see General Sweepstakes Information above for instructions on how to become a registered Rewards® member for free).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following individuals are NOT eligible to participate and win prizes through the Sweepstakes: employees of the Sweepstakes Sponsor, participating prize sponsors or any entity that Sweepstakes Sponsor contracts with in relation to the Sweepstakes, unless otherwise specified herein, or their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, agents, or immediate families (defined, for these purposes as any persons with whom one is domiciled, whether related or not).

3)  HOW TO ENTER:

You are NOT required to make any purchase, including alcoholic beverages, in order to enter the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants can opt into the Sweepstakes by visiting a Participating Location and scanning the Sweepstakes QR code located on the premises. After verifying your age, complete and submit the opt-in form with all required information, including your name, e-mail address, phone number, Rutter’s Rewards® Account or Card number (#), and your acknowledgement of, and agreement to, these Official Rules.  All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation of eligibility for the Sweepstakes nor is it otherwise binding upon Sweepstakes Sponsor.

Each eligible entrant is limited to receiving a total of one (1) Sweepstakes entry during the Sweepstakes Period. If more than one (1) entry is received from the same entrant, telephone number and/or e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period, the entries may, at the Sweepstakes Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified.

There will be a total of sixteen (16) Sweepstakes drawings to award a total of sixteen (16) prizes – fifteen (15) minor prizes (each a “Minor Prize” and, collectively, the “Minor Prizes”) and one (1) major prize (“Major Prize”). Each Participating Location shall have three (3) Minor Prizes available to be awarded – one (1) Minor Prize of each type indicated in the Minor Prize table below. Winners of Minor Prizes for each Participating Location will be randomly selected by drawing from among all eligible entries received for that particular Participating Location. All non-winning entries for each Minor Prize will automatically roll over into subsequent drawings for the other available Minor Prizes for that Participating Location. The odds of winning any Minor Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received at that Participating Location prior to each drawing. The Minor Prizes are nontransferable and have no cash substitution, in part or in whole. The Minor Prize drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Sponsor, at their office, on the date specified in the table below.

The winner of the Major Prize will be randomly selected by drawing from among all eligible entries received for all Participating Locations following the selection of Minor Prize winners. The odds of winning the Major Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all Participating Locations, as well as the total number of eligible entries received at each Participating Location. The Major Prize is nontransferable and has no cash substitution, in part or in whole. The Major Prize drawing will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Sponsor, at their office, on the date specified in the table below following the drawing of Minor Prize winners.

As a condition of receiving any Sweepstakes prize, the winner must sign and return, within seven (7) days of receipt, a release form under which, among other matters, the winner confirms his/her compliance and eligibility with these Official Rules, provides proof of identity and releases and indemnifies Sweepstakes Sponsor and other certain parties (as applicable).

Additional Prize Details: A minimum of three (3) eligible entries must be received at a Participating Location in order for a Minor Prize drawing to occur for that Participating Location. In the event that less than three (3) eligible entries are received at a Participating Location, the Minor Prize Sweepstakes Offering for that Participating Location shall be null and void.

The Sweepstakes prizes do not include alcoholic beverages. All prize details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Sweepstakes Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and other restrictions, all of which are subject to change at Sweepstakes Sponsor’s sole discretion. All costs and expenses not specifically listed as included in the Sweepstakes prizes herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winners, including without limitation, meals, airport transfers, optional excursions, trip protection coverage, hotel extras, phone and internet service, laundry service, in-room movies, personal items, mini-bar, baggage handling, gratuities, special airport fees, and taxes, if any. The Major Prize winner’s guest must be identified to Sweepstakes Sponsor and must sign and return, within seven (7) days of receipt, a release form under which, among other matters, the Major Prize winner’s guest provides proof of identity and releases and indemnifies Sweepstakes Sponsor and other certain parties (as applicable). Once Major Prize winner’s guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sweepstakes Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sweepstakes Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Major Prize winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sweepstakes Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for them.

4)  NOTIFICATION AND REDEMPTION:

NOTIFICATION: If you have been selected as a potential winner in the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Sponsor will attempt to notify you via email and/or phone. A minimum of three (3) attempts will be made to contact any winner. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days after the third unsuccessful contact attempt, the prize will be deemed forfeited and the Sweepstakes Sponsor may hold a drawing to select an alternate prize winner from among the pool of remaining, eligible entries received. If the alternate prize winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the third unsuccessful contact attempt, the prize will be forfeited.

REDEMPTION: Once verified, and unless specified otherwise, certain prizes will be shipped by prepaid delivery to the winner’s valid disclosed address. Allow approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks for shipment of the applicable prizes following verification.

Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except as provided herein. No cash or substitution, in whole or in part, is allowed for any prize except by Sweepstakes Sponsor. Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute an advertised prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Any portion of the prize not utilized, and its corresponding value will be forfeited. Prizes may not appear exactly as shown in the Sweepstakes publicity or promotional materials. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Total approximate retail value of all available prizes: $2,250.00

5)  PUBLICITY:

Entry into this Sweepstakes, as well as acceptance of any prize, constitutes permission for Sweepstakes Sponsor to use any winner’s name, likeness, voice and/or comments for advertising, trade or promotional purposes worldwide in commerce and in any media without limitation or additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

6) PRIVACY:

Sweepstakes Sponsor will collect personal data about you to facilitate the Sweepstakes and for purposes of market research. Sweepstakes Sponsor may utilize aggregate information that does not contain any specific personally identifiable information. Sweepstakes Sponsor may share aggregate information with trading partners, co-branded locations, participating sponsors and advertisers.

7)  RESTRICTIONS:

The following acts are prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification from the Sweepstakes:

• Using any method that artificially increases odds of winning;
• Non-compliance with these Official Rules;
• Refusal or failure to timely return the Release Form with proof of identity, in accordance with these Official Rules; or
• Any other act which Sweepstakes Sponsor determines in its sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity or proper conduct of Sweepstakes.

If the potential winner is disqualified and/or forfeits the prize, Sweepstakes Sponsor may hold a drawing to select an alternate prize winner from among the pool of remaining, eligible entries received.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR OTHERWISE CORRUPT THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8)  LIST OF WINNERS:

The names of prize winners can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to C H R Corp., Attention: Legal Department, 2295 N. Susquehanna Trail, Suite C, York, PA 17404. Please specify “Winners’ List” with your request.

9)  GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and any decisions of Sweepstakes Sponsor, which are final with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is void outside the jurisdiction specified in these Official Rules and where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations. The participant will be required to pay any taxes, if applicable, associated with winning any prize.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, and as a condition of acceptance of any prize, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, RELEASES AND FOREVER DISCHARGES AND HOLDS HARMLESS the Sweepstakes Sponsor, their direct and indirect subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal and other advisors, and each of their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, partners and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, personal injury, property damage or death (including without limitation all costs and liabilities of any kind, including attorneys’ fees), AND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL CONDUCT OF THE PARTICIPANT, that the participant now has, or may hereafter have against the Released Parties directly or indirectly resulting or arising from: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes, or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any Sweepstakes-related or prize-related activity; or (b) the publicity rights granted to the Sweepstakes Sponsor and its direct and indirect affiliates as referred to above. It is understood that there may be serious risks of bodily injury, death, or property damage associated with the redemption, use or misuse of any prize, and any prize winner voluntarily assumes these risks.

Any claim or dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes, a prize, or these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any proceedings in relation to any such claim or dispute shall be resolved exclusively by a Federal District Court in and for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Court of Common Pleas in and for York County, Pennsylvania. If any portion of these Official Rules is determined to be unenforceable by a court of law, all other parts of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect, and the conditions and covenants herein shall be binding on the participant and the participant’s heirs and assigns.

PRIZES SHALL BE ACCEPTED “AS IS.” IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR HAS NOT MADE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING ANY PRIZE, OR ANY SUBSTITUTE PRIZE. ALL ENTRIES AND PRIZE CLAIMS RECEIVED BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED. SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO AMEND THESE OFFICIAL RULES AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON, AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

10) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

Any and all trade names and trademarks used herein and associated with the Sweepstakes are the sole and exclusive property of the Sweepstakes Sponsor or are used with the permission of the owner thereof.
